Once your order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be provided for cancellation requests made after dispatch.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a valid quality issue, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and successful quality verification.
8. Exchange Policy
Taraya offers a 7-day exchange policy for eligible products from the date of delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise eligible product, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. All exchange requests are subject to review and approval by Taraya.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories, where applicable.
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original tags or packaging may not be eligible for exchange.
9. Unboxing Video
For a smooth and transparent exchange process, customers are strongly encouraged to record a continuous unboxing video when opening their package.
The video should clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, and the complete process of opening the package and inspecting the product.
For claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products, an unboxing video may be required to verify the condition of the package and product at the time of delivery.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location, availability of shipping services, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
